3 lovely bedrooms and two recently re-modelled bathrooms, a crib and high chair are also at the property for your use.

The property has been heavily remodelled and is maintained to a high standard. 
 
This lovely spacious home is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and past the rear fence is an open space with a small lake for added privacy. 
 
As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable Italian leather seating, a dining area to seat 6, a recently remodelled fully equipped kitchen, and the family room with TV and audio. 
 
The house is tiled throughout, and has 3 bedrooms (all with built in closets) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dressers for plenty of drawer space, and a remodelled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds – also have ample storage. They share the second bathroom - also remodelled, which features a bath tub with shower over. 
 
Sliders lead from the family room out to the large screened lanai, which invites you to relax in the shade, or to soak up some sun in the brand new pool and deck area. The lanai has comfortable seating, dining for 6 and cushioned loungers, and together with the pool, is screened for your comfort. 
 
Outside of the screened area is a further patio where you can cook outside too with our outdoor gas grill, the garden is planted with some local and more exotic plants as well as fruit trees and is all securely fenced. Beyond the fence the property backs onto an open area with a small waterway which provides added privacy to the gardens.
The garage is used for storage and is not available for car parking. There is parking for two cars on the drive and additionally parking beside the driveway to the right. 
 
Please note, for Winter months ( Jan to March) bookings are only accepted as full calendar months only.

Stunning new pool (heated in winter) and screen completed end of Feb 2016 and maintained to an exceptional standard.
Sleeps six easily with plenty of towels and linens.
We have a folding mini crib and a high chair available - please bring your own crib bedding and clean the high chair after use. There is also a booster seat for children up to 3 years old.
 
We will be available by phone or email during your stay. A message service may take your call but we will always call back.  
 
Our agent will be available locally with their staff to manage the property should it be necessary. 
 
The house is located in a quiet no outlet street, which is only used by local traffic. It is a nice quiet family-friendly area, kids still play in the street and neighbors talk to each other. Nearby you will find local shopping, major supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants. 
 
The Lyric Theater and Port St. Lucie Civic Center are nearby, and Lyngate Park is just minutes away. Tradition Field for the St. Lucie Mets and Spring Training for the New York Mets at Clover Park is also not far.
There is a wide selection of restaurants on the US1, or you can visit the bars and restaurants of Jensen Beach for a great night out 
 
Fancy a day at the beach? The nearest beach is also not far away, at Jensen Beach Park, which has miles of un-spoilt beaches. Walking, collecting shells, playing games, swimming, surfing - or just relaxing and enjoying the day. There is free parking, toilets are available, and even beach showers are provided to rinse off the salt and sand at the end of the day. A beach grill / café is also there for lunch, snacks and cold drinks. 
 
The property has convenient access to US1, Florida Turnpike and I95, giving you the opportunity to see more of what Florida has to offer. These routes provide convenient access north or south into the rest of Florida and can be accessed easily via Prima Vista Blvd or Port St Lucie Blvd. 
Enterprise car rental is not far down US1 and others are in town too, National, Hertz, Budget, U-haul etc and more.

The property has been freshly repainted outside and was finished for the 2022 season but is always maintained to a high standard.

This lovely spacious home is located on a quiet residential street, and past the rear garden is fenced so pets are also welcome.

As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable leather seating along with Samsung smart TV, a dining area to seat 6 is to the rear as is the kitchen with passthrough to the patio and pool area.

The house  has 3 bedrooms all with built in closets and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, dresser for plenty of drawer space, and a remodelled (2022) en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds – also have ample storage. They share the second bathroom which sits between the two, this bathroom features a bath tub with shower over.

Sliders lead from from the living area out to the large screened lanai, which invites you to relax in the shade, or to soak up some sun in the lovely  pool and deck area. The lanai has comfortable seating, dining for 6 and loungers, and together with the pool, it is all screened for your comfort.

The garage is available for car parking but there is ample parking on the driveway as there is parking for four cars on the driveway.

Decorated to a high standard inside and out Mariposa mixes open plan and comfortable coziness into a wonderful blend. From the formal dining room to the relaxed chill area and the open living room with leather sofas and smart TV you will find a space for yourself inside. If cooking is your thing, then the large open kitchen is a great place to be. fully equipped with Samsung appliances the kitchen tends to be where people hang out.
Of course, the large patio and pool area is always a huge hit. The pool is heated and is great for just relaxing or getting in some lengths.
The gardens have been recently planted with tropical plants and also features more mature palm trees too, giving a fantastic blend of sun and shade.
The house is equipped to the same high standards that bought us our Superhost status and great reviews. 

You will have full and exclusive access to the entire property including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and living, kitchen, patio and pool areas as well as the full privacy fenced back yard.

Lovely family neighborhood. Good access to local amenities. Church one way and a school the other on Mariposa Avenue give a feel for the local area.

Ample parking at the property with a 4 car driveway and 2 car garage.

C24 canal boat ramp is right around the corner, so bring the boat! Ocean access and the St Lucie River are close by and accessible from here

Veterans Memorial boat ramp is close too and from either of these boat ramps you have access to the St Lucie River, Indian River Lagoon, and the ocean.

The house has ample space. As you enter, the large dining room is on your left with table big enough for 8 persons. On the right is one of the two twin bedrooms. Continuing on, the well equipped kitchen and dinette is to your left, and to the rear is the family room.

The four bedrooms are split plan. The spacious master bedroom is to the left and features a desk / workspace, as well as a cabana bathroom with access to the pool area. The other bedrooms are located on the right side of the house, with a shared bathroom located between the queen bedroom and the second twin bedroom.

Our pool is heated year round, and has a large screened patio area with exterior dining options, seating and sunbeds.

Come enjoy the house, patio, pool, beaches and the sun as well as all that St Lucie county and the treasure coast has to offer.

You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage which is used for storage.

Lovely quiet location on a quiet residential location close to C24 Canal so easy boat access.

Parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Access to the garage is not included.

With a great location, south of Port St Lucie Blvd and in the sought after area of Sandpiper bay We are east of the St Lucie river and not far from US1 and all that is along there.
This large and comfortable space with the great access through the four sets of Patio doors onto the pool area from the living room, breakfast area, master bedroom and second bedroom as well as having access from the family / cabana bath this home is highly focused on the gorgeous heated pool with its own built in Hot Tub!!! Space inside is generous too, with two living rooms, a dining room plus breakfast dinette and the central kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and microwave with views through the entire common areas inside the home just a step away.

Sandpiper Bay is Port St Lucie's first community. Whilst it is not a gated community it has its own highly regarded public access golf course run by the city, and a great 19th hole. The street is a quiet no outlet street, in a great neighborhood which is lit at night and of course has minimal traffic. The Saints Golf course, Club Med (for day passes) and St Lucie Botanical gardens are features of Sandpiper bay area. The beaches of Jensen Beach are 5 miles as the crow flies, and an easy 15 minutes if you take the car.
The Mets training round First Data Field / Clover Park is not far away - Just 20 minutes!

Whilst the property is in a very quiet neighbourhood access to major routes is easy. US1 is about 3 minutes away to the east, and Florida Turnpike and US1 are 10 and 15 minutes respectively. PLS Blvd is about .4 mile away and provides easy access east and west through Port St Lucie. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway and garage will be available for 1 car at least. Public transport is available throughout Port St Lucie and the nearest stop is about 0.7 mile away.

There is no smoking inside the property, however you may smoke on the patio and outside fo the property.
